How to live a positive happy life , How, precisely, do you seek after a cheerful life? Particularly consistently? What is Happiness in any case? 6 Points that can lead to live a simple life and be happy and how to be happy in life always…


  1.Appreciate Every Little Thin You Have:



To be in itself is more important. If you appreciate every little thing you have, you will live peacefully and won’t be stressed out by wishing for things to be different.  Those of us, who are fat they want to be slim, those who are skinny they want to gain weight. Those who have curly hair, they want a straight one whereas those who have straight hair want a curly one. We always desire things to be different. We don’t appreciate what we have already. Why? Have you ever realized? Because maybe we want what others have or maybe we see the empty section of glass instead of being grateful for the other one.



2.Discover your true values:


The single most important element in living a fulfilling life is understanding true personal values, and aligning you existence to them. By “values” It don’t mean personal qualities like “honesty” and “integrity” – It mean those activities & goals that most consume your soul. It is what you are hungry for. Those things that you love to think aboutread abouttalk aboutlearn about.

Examples of values: family, building your career, athletic performance, art, spirituality, travelling, being a thought leader, developing your business, etc. It’s more of a doing, not a having.



3.Live in Present Than Past or Future. “How to live a happy life psychology”:



We don’t enjoy our present, we worry about our future or overthink our past. We don’t know the Power of PRESENT . We ruin our present by thinking about the mistakes that we have done in our PAST.  We regret, we overthink, it’s not bad to remorse or regret but we should let it GO with the PAST by learning from our mistakes.  We should only Cherish the Good Memories of our life. Whereas, if we talk about the future, we should not be worried about it. If we pay full attention to our present, we can make our future better. Worrying about the past and future will divide our attention and will lead us to the state of stress and dissatisfaction. The whole point is to live in the moment and enjoy every second of it.


4. Chearish Yourself:

 

I have spent my life planning; planning the steps I had to take to reach a particular goal. I convinced myself that, once I achieved a particular goal, I would be happy. It makes sense; if my desire is to achieve something, surely once I do, I’ll be proud to have done so, or at least I’ll be satisfied. Right? Wrong.


The sense of failure we feel when we don’t achieve our goals is massively more pronounced than the sense of success we feel when we do. Success becomes a mere threshold for our happiness. We can’t be happy until we achieve it, but when we do, we feel as though we’ve only just surpassed the minimum limit. We might feel a momentary sense of relief, pride, and joy. But, we quickly move on to the next goal and start to map out a new path towards happiness.


It’s great to set goals and work towards them, but unless we learn to find happiness along the way, we’ll be pushing the objective away from us, as opposed to pulling it towards us.


5.Be Grateful:



With Success be grateful to your Lord and to others also who has helped you directly or indirectly to achieve your goal. So how you will be grateful one of the easiest way to practice gratitude is to take time to write down things you’re grateful for. If you’re looking for real change, challenge yourself to sit down once a day and hand-write a list of three to five things that you’re grateful for. Handwriting is much more personal and can help us dwell a bit longer on each subject rather than simply typing them out.

 

6. Improving Your Happiness

 Get Regular Exercise


Exercise is good for both your body and mind. Physical activity is linked to a range of physical and psychological benefits including improved mood. Numerous studies have shown that regular exercise may play a role in warding off symptoms of depression, but evidence also suggests that it may also help make people happier, too.

In one analysis of past research on the connection between physical activity and happiness, researchers found a consistent positive link. Even a little bit of exercise produces a happiness boost—people who were physically active for as little as 10 minutes a day or who worked out only once a week had higher levels of happiness than people who never exercised.


Show Gratitude:

In one study, participants were asked to engage in a writing exercise for 10 to 20 minutes each night before bed.

 

 Some were instructed to write about daily hassles, some about neutral events, and some about things they were grateful for. The results found that people who had written about gratitude had increase positive emotions, increased subjective happiness, and improve life satisfaction.


As the authors of the study suggest, keeping a gratitude list is a relatively easy, affordable, simple, and pleasant way to boost your mood. Try setting aside a few minutes each night to write down or think about things in your life that you are grateful for.
