1. Run for 20 Minutes Every Evening:

 


Try to run for 20 minutes daily or have a brisk walk in the park or in the side lane or on the roads where ever you get the place to run on your own at home. Running once for 20 minutes but in a daily routine isn’t going to do much at once but on a consistent basis in a week, you’ll see results soon. Any activity that gets your heart rate up burns fat. 6. Walk or Cycle as Commute to Work/School/College: 

 


Just Walk or Cycle for your workplace, school or grocery store is right around the corner, there’s absolutely no need to take out the car or for 2 Vehicle and burn petrol. Take a conscious decision to walk these walkable distances. And if it’s slightly further away then get yourself a cycle.

Cycling to work will benefit you in multiple ways. The most glaring benefits are of course the fact that you don’t waste extra time on exercise, it fits easily into your everyday routine, it saves you transportation cost, it’s enjoyable and you serve your sole purpose, you lose weight.



7. Take a Good Sleep: 



After a long exhaustive day it's time to have a good sleep it's better to avoid late-night watching mobile phones, good sleep Lower your risk for serious health problems, like diabetes and heart disease. Reduce stress and improve your mood. Think more clearly and do better in school and at work. Get along better with people.
