son Aryan Khan, who is trapped in the Mumbai cruise drugs case, has got bail.
Aryan Khan and other accused have also got bail from the court. Aryan Khan's
lawyers Mukul Rohatgi and Satish Manshinde were present in the Bombay High
Court for the hearing of the bail plea. Aryan Khan's lawyer Mukul Rohatgi while
talking to the media outside the court said that Aryan Khan will come out of
jail by tomorrow (Friday) or day after tomorrow (Saturday). Let us inform that
Aryan Khan has been lodged in Arthur Road Jail since 7 October. Aryan Khan and
others were detained by the NCB on October 2 in connection with the seizure of
drugs from the cruise. Later he was arrested. A total of 20 people were
arrested by the NCB in this case.
Did Aryan Khan Came Out of Jail. After the bail, lawyer Mukul Rohatgi, while talking to the
media, said that the Bombay High Court has granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz
Merchant, Munmun Dhamecha after hearing the arguments for three days. Detailed
order will be placed tomorrow. Hopefully by tomorrow or Saturday everyone will
be out of jail.
Earlier, during the hearing, ASG Anil Singh had said in the
Bombay High Court that Aryan Khan had 'conscious possession' of drugs. He knew
very well that his friend Arbaaz had charas and it was for both of them.

representing NCB, had said that if we relied on the WhatsApp chat, he (Aryan Khan)
had tried to sell drugs in commercial quantities. He further said that was of a

consumption.

presented their side. Arbaaz Merchant's lawyer Amit Desai had argued in the
Bombay High Court that the arrest was illegal. There was no conspiracy section
in the first remand application, the arrest was made on the basis of evidence,
so why was the conspiracy section imposed?
NCB witness Kiran Gosavi has been arrested in Aryan Khan
drug case. The Commissioner of Pune Police has confirmed that the police have
detained Kiran Gosavi, an independent witness of the NCB in the cruise party
drug case. Pune Police says that Gosavi is being questioned in the fraud case.
Gosavi, who is absconding after the Pune Police issued a lookout circular
against him in the 2018 cheating case, had claimed that there was a threat to
his life in Maharashtra.
